For larger tables we can offer a selection of celebratory large dishes built to be the centrepiece of your experience.  We suggest ordering one or more of these accompanied by dishes from our main menu to create a superb spread for you and your guests.

Dorset Beef, Peppercorn Sauce | £150
This has been aged on the bone over 100 days. The Breed can vary depending what out farm has available. Gently roasted in our wood oven to really lock in those beefy flavours. served with peppercorn sauce.

Jacobs Ladder, Cider Braised & Glazed | £120
Beef short rib cooked slowly in the wood oven with Harrow Wood Cider & Spices.  

Rack of Treacle Cured Gothelney Farm Pork, Apple Sauce | £80
This pork is a cross of three native breeds which are a large black x Tamworth x Saddleback and an American Breed called a Duroc. Sourced from Gothelney Farm. Served with apple sauce from Sopley, blistered in our Wood Oven.

Best End of Dorset Lamb, Salsa Verde | £100
